If you are not 100% happy with the product* you have received, please phone our office on 1300 788 653 within 7 days and you will be entitled to a full refund, less the cost of freight, once the goods have been received by our office.

Please note, goods must be returned in their original condition.

*The only exceptions are our custom made vanities and cabinets as outlined.

Depending on the degree of customisation, this may affect our ability to on-sell the purchased goods. We will have to consider if a full refund is applicable on a case by case scenario. However, if the goods we supplied are outside your supplied or agreed specifications, naturally a full refund will be forthcoming and the return freight will be at the expense of Bathroom Warehouse.
