We have a well-trained, friendly customer service team who will help you with your enquiry or order.
Payment is by:
- credit card over the phone
- eft (electronic funds transfer)

We aim to deliver your order as economically as possible.
Once your order has been placed with our customer service team we will despatch your items as quickly as possible.
Sometimes the items are sent from our warehouse in Brisbane and sometimes directly from suppliers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Smaller items are despatched by post or courier and larger items by transport service.

We are an Australian-owned and operated company.
Our customer service centre and showrooms are Brisbane based but we deliver the majority of our products Australia wide - usually no location is too remote or too difficult.
Our online store has operated for three years and we are one the few online bathroom retailers in Australia.
