How do I order?

  • We are open Monday to Friday and you are welcome to email us at any time of the day or night!
  • Simply email us or phone us on 1300 788 653 from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
  • We have a well-trained, friendly customer service team who will help you with your enquiry or order.
  • Payment is by:
    • credit card over the phone
    • eft (electronic funds transfer)

How does delivery work?

  • We aim to deliver your order as economically as possible.
  • Once your order has been placed with our customer service team we will despatch your items as quickly as possible.
  • Sometimes the items are sent from our dispatch centre in Brisbane and sometimes directly from suppliers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
  • Smaller items are despatched by post or courier and larger items by transport service.
  • Unless otherwise arranged with Bathroom Warehouse, the charge for delivery is on the condition that yourself or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large heavy goods such as vanities, shower screens etc.

How do I know if your products are any good?

  • We only use reputable suppliers and most have supplied us for many years.
  • Our products all offer industry standard warranties or better. (Refer to our warranty statement below)

Warranty statement

  • We understand you are purchasing before physically viewing our products.
  • If you are not 100% happy with the product* you have received, please phone our office on 1300 788 653 within 7 days and you will be entitled to a full refund, less the cost of freight, once the goods have been received by our office.
  • If after 7 days, Bathroom Warehouse agrees to accept the return of all or some of the ordered goods, Bathroom Warehouse reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight). Freight arrangement and cost will be the customers' responsibility.
  • Please note, goods must be returned in their original condition.
  • *The only exceptions are our custom made vanities and cabinets as outlined.
  • Depending on the degree of customisation, this may affect our ability to on-sell the purchased goods. We will have to consider if a full refund is applicable on a case by case scenario. However, if the goods we supplied are outside your supplied or agreed specifications, naturally a full refund will be forthcoming and the return freight will be at the expense of Bathroom Warehouse.

  • Our online customer service centre and 3 showrooms are Brisbane based but we deliver the majority of our products Australia wide - usually no location is too remote or too difficult.
  • Our online store has operated for four years and we are one the few online bathroom retailers in Australia.
